My Philosophy
Your experience is just as important
(if not more!) than the images themselves…
Let’s face it: scheduling a photoshoot of any kind can feel like a chore at its best and an impossible feat at its worst. You might be thinking about those holiday cards or how quickly time is passing with your little ones… but you’re dreading the time, effort and organizing it will take to get it done…
But I’m here to tell you that my photo sessions are far from traditional. The process is easy, streamlined and comfortable. I always keep the following elements top of mind before, during and after every shoot:

Patience
Your comfort and the preservation of your unique family dynamic is critical to capturing joyful, spontaneous moments. Afterall, who enjoys a forcefully posed photoshoot anyway? I bring the patience, warmth and atmosphere. Your job is to bring the love and an open mind!

Expertise
I’ve been at this for a very long time. I live, breathe, eat and sleep family photography. I can read the room, entertain your kids, organize large groups and even fade into the background (see my birth gallery!) when needed. My job is to create an experience and environment that suits your needs, style and comfort level. Whatever you have, I’m ready for it!

Safety
Before each and every session, I deep clean and sanitize all props, backdrops and maternity garments. I am more than happy to wear masks and gloves while maintaining a distance that suits you best. I am fully vaccinated and will accommodate outside photoshoots whenever possible. For more details around safety protocols and approach, please send me an email!
